THIS AGREEMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THERE UNDER AND THE AMENDED PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS/ RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.

THE AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BALAJI ENTERPRISE (NUMBERSKART). THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SAME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN ELECTRONIC FORM OR BY MEANS OF AN ELECTRONIC RECORD) AND WILL GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN USER AND NUMBERSKART FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE.

THIS DOCUMENT IS PUBLISHED AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF RULE 3(1) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INTERMEDIARIES GUIDELINES) RULES, 2011 UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 THAT REQUIRE PUBLISHING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, PRIVACY POLICY, AND USER AGREEMENT FOR ACCESS OR USAGE OF THE WEBSITE.

1. Telecom Regulations Compliance

Users must comply with all guidelines, regulations, and notifications issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), and respective mobile network providers when purchasing, booking, or porting premium mobile numbers.

2. Unique Porting Code (UPC) Delivery

Upon booking, the platform (NUMBERSKART) acts as an escrow intermediary to arrange the Unique Porting Code (UPC) from the verified owner. The UPC is typically shared within 24 working hours. The buyer is responsible for submitting the UPC to their chosen telecom service provider within the code's active validity period to complete the port-in request.

3. Secure Escrow Register

All payments are routed into a secure corporate account managed by Balaji Enterprise. Payout disbursements to sellers or brokers are strictly executed only after successful port-in validation by the buyer.

4. Corporate Information & Court Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
