How Do I Know I Am Eligible for a Refund?
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You have booked a VIP mobile number booking from Numberskart.com.
- If you don’t receive the UPC (Unique Porting Code) within 24 working hours of purchase.
- If your order is cancelled by us for any reason, including issues occurring in our seller verification systems or after the booking process.
How Much of the Amount Paid is Refunded After Order Cancellation?
- We have a 100% refund policy. Whatever you have paid for your VIP Number will be refunded if the order is cancelled by us.
- If you cancel your order after making a purchase, we will process a refund to your original payment method. However, we will deduct the payment gateway fees from the refund amount to cover the transaction processing costs incurred.
- In cases where a Coupon Code was applied during purchase, only the final discounted amount actually paid by you will be refunded. Coupon codes hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or re-issued once an order is cancelled.
What Will Happen if the Porting Request is Rejected by the Operator?
We will refund 100% of the amount in case your number porting request has been rejected by the operator, for any reason whatsoever.
How Long Will It Take to Process a Refund?
